I just visited Vegas in April. And I honestly wasn't too impressed with the restaurants there. They cost twice as much as other places, and the food isn't usually as good. The other restaurants Joel has gone to are probably a lot better. He usually goes to some really good places. There is a reason why he praises their food.

At least there was no issue with dry, crunchy, chewy foods like dense pizza crust though I suspect that pulled meat would be pretty chewy aw after awhile and probably get sick of chewing the same flavours. This was obviously a difficult one with zero support though the place sounded pretty empty.

Usually Joel is saying throughout the video how delish the food is. I'm 14 minutes into when he started eating and not once has he said the food was tasty, and Joel loves Mexican food. Half the enjoyment I get from watching Joel do these challengers is seeing how much enjoys all the flavors and food.
