I genuinely consider Blindboy an academic. Extremely eloquent & is effective in getting a point across. Hope he has expanded this role more & more since this video came about.

As someone who's studied cognitive therapy a lot but has always struggled to put it into practice it is great to hear it, and the related emotional intelligence stuff, spoken about in such an accessible and relatable way. Cheers Blindboy, hope you and Mr Chrome are back in Scotland sometime soon and I can get my head sorted enough to come see you live.

The problem with depression, it is not that easy and not one solution fixes all issues. CBT can help a lot of people, but it not the be all of solving issues. It is made up of multitude of different therapy and you need a proper trained professional (Hopefully not trained in feminism beliefs). There is often society issues, or family issues and financial, losing one home, that forced men into depression. "Man up" and "Where are all the good men out there?” is a couple of particular phrases, which is society driven and often driven by women, mainly by feminists propaganda these days. www.psychologytoday.com/blog/conquer-fear-flying/201402/why-cbt-cant-regulate-anxiety everydayproblemsolving.wordpress.com/2010/04/01/cbt-from-an-everyday-perspective-part-i/ everydayproblemsolving.wordpress.com/2010/04/12/cbt-from-an-everyday-perspective-part-ii/ www.excelatlife.com/articles/cbterrors.htm dalrock.wordpress.com/2011/10/11/why-wont-these-peter-pan-manboys-man-up-and-marry-aging-flighty-selfish-career-gal-sluts-already/

Very smart man, fair play blindboy, I'm struggling with mental health problems myself and this his me hard ,Its sad enough too when it's a fella with a plastic bag spittin truth like this and we won't be hearing this from politicians for a good while

Blindboy does such amazing work, not just for Ireland, but he puts this knowledge out there for everyone who might be able to find it and use it. It's not something the average person has access to without taking a course, or knowing where to look for it, or what to look for. Even with the occasional swear word and a very casual appearance, he is better spoken and more knowledgeable than most people I've seen get up and speak, just in general.

Brilliant! I work with differently abled children (ASD etc etc etc..) and the system... well, it's the fookin system and its as hard to shift as shoving against Uluru. So... it hates me. So, fook that too. But I'd work with Blindboy any day. To help someone out of a hole..sometimes it's best to jump in there with them.

As a young person, I’m 29 now, it I find that people in Ireland aren’t nice to each other these days, what’s the point in being proud to be Irish if people hate each other?. You can be the most humble person in the world, but once you show any sign of intelligence or talent, you’re secretly hated. They see your creativity but maybe assume that this means your life is brilliant. I live in Swords, the town where blindboy got his bag, from JCs, anyway, I find a lot of teenagers in Swords to be very negative people, they have no sense of humour, they think they’re hard as nails, when I was their age I wasn’t an angel but we were mostly good lads, we hung around anywhere, we played football, we took the piss out of each other, we had a laugh. These teenagers now are a new breed, I don’t know who they’re role models are but they must be the biggest muppets on earth.

its a pity the one thing this lad is good at he has dropped .he gave a talk at opening of Troy studios .so many mixed messages . in the middle of all the babble about the layers of emotional intelligence he was telling the audience that only 300 thousand views on you tube per day could earn a person 1.5 million per year ..
