Other remaining bowls that still want to be alive can get teams that want to play after season qualifier must be 6-5 or better on non-playoff game days. Agree Army/Navy week 0. (Aug 8) Portal, I think should be Jan 2- Start of Jan Semester. so, players can develop in Spring for better product on field. have it like NFL & don't have schedules decided by AD. Unveil schedules in May for next year NOT years in advanced. have Qualified/ Certification Agent protecting players/ NIL, Players union, etc. I think you can get coaching changes reprieve & transfer 2 times. policing illegal activity $1 million fine/suspensions/if very bad vacate win & awards/trophies. I agree 2 level targeting rules. BUT we MUST PROTECT PLAYERS. targeting & fighting penalties should be strict enforcement. Ejections still need to be harsh. Target 1: 2 targeting in same game ejection for the game. repeat offender rest of that game plus, next full game suspension. Targeting 2: out that game plus 1st half of next. 2nd offense 2 game suspension. 3rd out for season. all targeting players get large $ amount fines must be paid by players NOT universities. Fines go to charity NOT tied to university or player!!! Nationalize officiating! Pass interference needs to go back to being a spot foul like NFL. I hate the way the DB's get away w/ some of the no call plays. I never went for the player, I aways went for the ball & was successful at it. replay SUPER (gold flag) Challange! BUT if officiating wrong and call reversed, they should get to keep it. If you lose challenge. you don't get one for rest of game. Fumble out of bounce in endzone rule Offense still gets ball on 20.
