Hi I discovered certain dietary deficiencies can cause anxiety and depression lack of vitamin d can cause it and also stop you from absorbing other important vitamins a lack of iron and magnesium can cause it too I found out there are different kinds of magnesium and they all do different things magnesium glycinate is for sleep and anxiety I was terribly anxious when I went on to the magnesium glycinate in 3 days it was gone my daughter went onto the same thing and her anxiety got way better I hope this may help you from someone who has been there and I did also pray for your son x

That names been on my mind. I'll pray for him throughout. My advice from personal experience is get him away from screens and in his body. If you can get him in the gym or on a trail with you do that.

Pray for me, I have a spinal cord injury and with this injury has brought a lot of chronic pain and now I’m having nerve pain. The pain comes so great, but I don’t know if I can handle much more the pain if it gets any higher I’m getting up into my 60s and this pain is getting so great and I don’t know how to deal with it. I pray to Jesus and God every day sometimes multiple times a day when the pain is too bad please put me in some prayers.

I'm not sure if you see this, Joel, but you helped me overcome my doubts about god, and I feel things have been improving. My main issue was how god lets all these bad things happen if he’s so powerful, but I saw one of your clips saying that he’s kind of just a dad who is hard on you but loves you and wants you to push yourself because he believes in you. At least, that is how I am interested in it. I’m almost 26, and I believe it’s never too late to be a little nicer to others since I have a few seconds as long as they aren’t taking advantage of me. Keep up the good work, and keep going gods work ❤
