Probably the greatest single live set any band has ever performed, and this is for many people the highlight. Thanks for spreading the word.

It never ceases to amaze me how many experienced, professional rock musicians have never heard of Nighwish. Their gear, for a big stage like this, takes several 18-wheelers to move around, so yeah . . . it's a big project with a big budget. Props to their roadies, and to whoever keeps it all humming.

Their promotion group should be fired. Nightwish is the most reviewed and positive of "reaction Videos"

I don't know if that's my favorite, but it is absolutely incredible! That particular performance is such a one-of-a-kind gem. It's got that great combination of "here's a culmination of everything we've done so far" and "here's a taste of things to come." Very few bands ever catch that moment so well.

Nice! And he aint wrong about the budget for that show...must have been huge!! And what they must have paid to the London Philharmonic for those backing sequences..wow!! And next he gets to see the Sisters!!! He has been Warned!! Thanks again Joel!!

One of my favorite bits of Nighwish magic is @9:19, which looks like a second or two of slo-mo, but is really just gravity momentarily losing its grip on Floor.

🖤FLOOR JANSEN 💪Valkyrie Queen🖤 🥇Most versatile singer. 🥇Best theatrical storyteller. 🥇Beautiful personal appearance on stage. 🥇Has the most contact with the crowd. 🥇 Really knows how to entertain the crowd. 🥇 Frontwoman with most years active with Nightwish. 🥇 More reliable than...🥈Tarja (fired) 🥉Anette (quits in the middle of tour). 🥇 Old Nightwish songs were adapted by putting more thought and creativity into them, making them even more magical, and Floor made these old songs her own. Having said that, I still feel I'm selling Floor short😔

The complexities of BW compositions is outstanding . Out of this earth . The choices of instruments is mind-blowing. The mastery of each musicians is incredible.. the entire packig is.. O words can describe this amazing creations.. climax of the musical art.. Mozart would of been proud of their music and no doubt a fan..!❤

While I think this guy might like something like Ever Dream or Storytime a little more, I could see him enjoying what was going on. I caught a lot of those little smiles when it was showing the crowd, band interactions and other small things that people who haven't played live don't notice as much. I think he'd really enjoy their catchier stuff. It's definitely my favorite.

Nice Joel, you introducing American musicians to Nightwish but, what kind of comment was that? Is he jealous, doesn't he believe this performance? If the only thing you can say ;"big budget production",you realy don't say anything, well, it's just pure ignorance. I know you (Joel) mostly don't give any background about the bands but for some people,it would help ,maby,to give some more comment than only "big budget". (also sound a bit American to me,always this money talk)😏

You're always engaging Joel, when you expose the uninitiated to our Valkyrie Goddess 😁 Can't say the same for your guest in this episode. He just sat there. Hardly any overt reaction though I may have detected a faint smile when Floor sang her heart out in that legendary finale. His commentary ("budget", "watching an opera") was.. a bit meager to put it mildly. In all honesty, I was rather b0red by the guy.

Yes, big budget show which is why it ended up on Blu-ray. And even though this performance is the most reacted to video in YTube, the album got neither platinum or even gold in sales.

Floor Jansen is such a wonderful vocalist. Love her stage presence, & she seems like a super cool human (baded on interviews I've seen with her). Ghost Lover Score is such a badass song! I think the guitarist wasn't really impressed with the band.

greatest band and singer , they can afford the budget because they deserve it, your guest plays in a v ery good band but , was just shown what the greatest band and singer sounds like

Each to their own for sure but I expected better from a musician. When asked what he thought.... all he could comment on was the production budget. Must be fun at parties.

Ahh .. a Yes fan. Yeah they really did a lot of long songs. Close to the Edge, Relayer .. then Tales of Topgraphic Oceans which was a 2-LP album with only 4 tracks, all between 18--25 minutes i think. Then of course "Awaken" which is with "only" 15 minutes already one of the shorter songs 😂🤣

I'm going to be harsh, hopefully not mean. After watching several of these reactions with guests, I find the guests are not adding any value. Try maybe giving them control over the playback so they may participate during the performance. Watching a ten minute performance to get a one line reaction is underwhelming.
