This is a trip down memory lane right here. The store tour just about every pyro has watched. In my case many times!!! I saw some Kylin King shells and Beihai shells, and 40% off on top of that. Man I wish this place was here in Georgia, I'd definitely blow the budget there👍💥🎆💥👍. Thanks for the peak inside!!!

Very Cool to see all the different products available in other states!!! I saw some excellent shots in several of those stores 👍👍. I'm definitely down for a After the 4th video. That's when I usually rack up on deals myself, it would be nice to see after Sales in some of these places. Yes go back and clean those shells out!!! I really want to make another trip to this area. Some great stores. Sorry to see some shuttering and Warhawk always had good stuff too. I stopped into to that Alexandria store before Warhawk owned it and it was full of old stock but it had been flooded out just before (That area is bad right along the Mississippi). Really swampy inside, so I didn't buy much.

I did stop by some after the 4th and most either didn't have product left, so there were no discounts, or the discount wasn't anything special. Normally I would expect something like 50% off. Then of course, this year I'm not seeing tents pop up in my area

What are your opinions on fireworks being illegal in some states? I live in MA where they’re illegal but we just go over the border to our lake house in NH and use them there. Always thought making them illegal was useless but curious what your opinions on it were

It's an interesting topic for sure. I am for them being legal around the major holidays for sure and I think the states that are not legal are simply loosing tax revenue to the states that are legal.

Obviously there can be a lot of talking points. Should they have restrictions such as not in highly dense populated areas, yeah makes sense. I wouldn't mind a shift toward safety awareness and education on getting things such as permits either.

Normally they're illegal for states with highly populated cities. With so many people around and with so many fireworks, people can get hurt, dry trees or grass can catch fire, and of course there's the noise pollution where most people on the street quitely trying to work or put a baby to sleep probably don't want to hear a firework go off just on any night. They become illegal state wide, even if its primarily for a few dense cities, to further restrict supply. Otherwise if it was just a city ban, people would drive like 10-30 min to get some. I live in Chicago with an Illinois ban, but most people here, once the Fourth get close, just take a 40-80 min drive to Indiana for a haul of fireworks and drive back. There are fireworks shops set up literally like a hundred feet from the Illinois/Indiana line meant to take advantage of the Chicago pop. Unfortunately too many people are getting impatient and setting fireworks up now causing like thousands of noise complaints. I have mine waiting for the Fourth

Joel Robinson my cousin and I have always talked about how there should be a safety course to attend to get a certificate to use them then only allowing them during certain hours on certain days. I understand the noise concerns but restricting the hours and days they’re allowed could solve that problem. I’ve heard some people say there’s no need to buy your own when there’s people that shoot them off for you. But there’s nothing more fun than going to the store to pick them out and shooting them off yourself. I just wish states would consider other options than just flat out banning them

I agree with both of you. I would favor a city ban over a state ban any day, but as we all have experienced, people are still going to do fireworks regardless. Unfortunately, that is the counter argument for an outright consumer ban. While I don't think that would happen, it actually would make a lot of sense.

I personally found that my honeypot for great prices is Fireworks supermarket in Tennessee as they have some of the best cheap 200 gram cakes I’ve seen. And bad bombs shells for 30 bucks is not that bad!

Out of curiosity do any of your local firework stores have a tv that demonstrates some of the fireworks? there is only one firework store near me (that I know of) and I was wondering if that was a common thing?

Yeah, I see that all over the place. It makes sense as normally the store can pull up whatever firework you want to see, or people see something on the TV and buy it because it was so good. I personally really enjoy the stores that have the scan stations to scan any of their inventory to check out what that product does. The stores in this specific video, I think only two had TVs. The tent tour video I showed last week of So76 even had Tvs and it was a tent haha.

Hi Joel* glad you’re back! Have you shopped at Springfield Fireworks in Ohio? I looked at their prices and they seemed pretty good. Also what do you think of Zambelli fireworks? They put on a pretty good show from what I’ve seen. I heard the show in Clearwater, FL is good, but they are canceled unfortunately. I think Pyrotecnico does it? I’m not sure. I tried to find the pyros behind it, but no info. Also did you realize there was a cop behind you when you said seasonal tent at the beginning? I have not been to Springfield Fireworks, but maybe I can make a trip out there sometime. Zambelli is one of the top five display companies in the USA. They do the Thunder Over Louisville show which I would recommend if you're looking for a great show in the US. Lol yeah I did see him before I filmed too. If they are still there when I go back, I'll grab them.

I went there long ago, don’t know if it’s still there, but I got a really cool fan fountain there when I was a kid that I don’t remember the name of. Been trying to find it since. Just remember it was blue maybe Hawaiian themed. Can’t believe all those stores you went to were that close to me though. Oh wow that’s awesome they are top 5, all the more reason to go watch and recommend them. It’s on my list to do now along with Japan fireworks festivals. What other shows do you recommend? That was in Missouri, which is like in the bottom three for cheapest gas prices in the USA. This specific location is really close to Iowa and Illinois too so for some prospective, as of this comment it's like $2.70 in Mo, $2.90 in IA, and $3.20 in IL.
