Fun fact as a US inmate of the Pasco county Florida jail in Land O Lakes fl. You never go out side . Its just a big concrete ceiling room with a little 2 foot wire mesh opening around it about 12 feet off the ground. In the US, if you hate the government, they will simply add you to a NSA watchlist and track your every movements, all your phone calls and internet requests. In the US, they don't need to manually detain somebody. Also, right at the start of the immigration process, they will stop US non-citizens from entering the US even if they have the slightest suspicious of that individual being anti-USA.
