I use capcut for edit so my quality videos 4k but when I upload them on social media the quality goes down. So what I can do ?

Social media platforms max upload is 1080p which is why I just export it at that. However if the quality is less that 1080p when you upload it could be because you try to upload it to fast. So when you upload let the video play through then press next to give the app time to process it. I find this worked for me, hopefully it works for you!

Download Capcut form the App Store or from online! It’s free and the app is way better than the website editor. In terms of creativity program I don’t think a vpn works I think you need to either buy a usa account or a usa SIM card and make an account and post with that sim card in.
