Granted, it wasn’t his best work, but it still hurt my feelings that it’s the last we will prob ever hear from Joe. @@zziz6137 Sadly, I do agree! His last few albums had a lot of skippable content whereas the earlier work was golden! I do believe part of it was trying to compete with the newer gens, but that’s with a lot of old school artists (like Donell Jones). I get it….there’s no point in making music if they’re not taking money, but r&b is dying! There’s still folks out there that don’t cave to the pressure (like Mac Ayres), so I’ll stay hopeful 🥹
