I feel you and I have a sort of solution for it until they fix the issue and that is to go into your console settings and turn cross play off its like night and day the lobbies you'll get the only problem is that matchmaking takes longer And the reason for this being the fix is that typically to cheat you need a pc even if you're cheating on console prevent playing with pc and boom now you got better lobbies

It doesn't matter anymore, I stopped playing COD 3 months ago, I only played DMZ because I loved it, 1 year back there wasn't so many hackers and even though it was a pay to win game (there are SO MANY UNFAIR advantages with money) there wasn't so many abuse of this and the hackers used to get instabann with a report and a good description. By the time I stopped playing DMZ 3/15 playeres were hacking and other 6/15 had Pay to Win characters, making the game SO UNFAIR and the hackers were allowed to do what they wanted, there's a cheat where you can replace your bullets with grenade launchers, you were able to find 2 of those guys on every match of Ashika Island and no matter how many reports they had from different people I was able to find the same cheaters and hackers for MONTHS. All these cheating streamers screwed the game because they are proving that COD is a cheating friendly game, making marketing for it.

I supported a DragonBall Z tournament last year, and the crowd was 100% dorky men watching the tournament. The only girls there were hired to give out swag, and register them.
