Watch Joey closely as he sometimes holds/eats 2 hotdogs at a time and the score girl behind him accounts for just one because she simply can't see how many he grabs. . This happened several times thruout the 10 minutes. Maybe she should just look at how many are left on the table. I noticed it first while watching him eat at dog 54, then went back and watched the whole thing agaiin. Even though he won, he may have eaten like 66 or more.. Maybe I'm seeing things and someone else can verify it too.
