Considering that he's doing Jiu Jitsu and spends a lot of a time talking to Joe Rogan, he's gonna be around for a long time. He's only 1 year older than John Wick. He won't live as long as Keanu, I think, but when you train a couple times a week, you're gonna be alright. They say if you can stand up from the ground on your own, it's a sign of being healthy. Also mentally, if he keeps doing the podcast and doing comedy, he's going to stay sharp into old age. You can straight up exercise your brain, especially if it's not a repetitive exercise.
