Grace is an incredibly host! I've never seen or listened to her podcast but she's great! I loved her questions, she seems genuinely interested even though she's super famous herself. Joey and Daniel are absolutely iconic as a couple. Daniel is so naturally funny and he compliments Joey's more introverted but sassy personality, I love them!

I totally agree! I've only started to listen to Grace today lol from another interview she did with Trixie Mattel... And then saw this too. Lol everything you mentioned about questions and genuine inquiry and response and attentiveness really made me like this podcast ❤️ even though this was from a while ago... Joey is an introvert while Daniel seems to be more of an extrovert. What some people may have seen as controlling behaviour could actually have been Daniel trying to help Joey out in situations that might not be super comfortable for him. They also both seemed to know their own strengths/weaknesses in their relationship and would take on specific roles accordingly. For example, Daniel would take charge of Xmas decorating and was very particular. To some people, that could look controlling but in reality, Joey wouldn't want to do all that work lol and he appreciated Daniel's talent and hard work. Joey admits in this video that he can be very stubborn so I find it hard to believe that anyone would be able to 'control' him. Plus, I don't think that Daniel would be okay with controlling someone else. He seems too introspective and considerate to do that sort of thing. They clearly love each other immensely even now that they are no longer together.
