Hi Joey, the vegetable that you asked is a kind of celery, there are two kinds of celery, one is like a plant in green colour like you brought in Hong Kong, and this one is for making soup with other vegetable😄, there's not much taste, but like every vegetable, good for health, if it is written Denmark, that means it is grown in Denmark.
