Firstly she peed cuz she's a puppy that doesn't know how to hold it that well yet.. So she's still my favorite 😅 And the growling from Moon is actually good, cuz he's setting his boundries gently, he's letting you and little puppies know that he doesn't want to be in a such close contact with them so please do not pressure him, it can end badly..

agreed, you should never force dogs to interact when they're still so new to each other. puppies have not really learned that growls mean to back off yet so they both need their space to do it on their own terms

They will be best buddys as she actually join the family, and the other dogs understand that she is there to stay. Know they just think it is puppies in the house, like other times. They will have fun with her, playing around. I cant wait to follow the journey

Hey Joey 👋 just a few tips 1. When they pee on something(and you really never want them to peed there again) you need an enzyme based cleaner. It breaks down the smell completely and erases any marking that occurred 2. Please please please be careful forcing interactions between the puppies and the older dogs. While Moon and Wolfie are very good boys it is still possible for them to snap at the puppies. And you want to make sure no one gets hurt. A barrier is always a good idea for first interactions with any animal and it could help wolfie get used to the puppy.

3. Moon’s growling is absolutely normal. He is just telling the puppies that he is the big dog in charge and that they need to respect him and his space. It should go away as he becomes more comfortable 4. Lastly whether you keep Winter or Yarrow you should make sure that all the puppers get along. Also it would be a good idea to see if Miss Sakura can tolerate the puppy too

Hi Joey! Please keep yarrow! She'll learn not to pee, she's just a puppy and accidents are bound to happen. Once she's housetrained, she'll fit in with her brothers. Also someone commented that Moon didn't growl at her. We're expecting a snowstorm here starting tonight and lasting till Saturday, the windchill could go as low as -30c. We're also suppose to have strong wind gusts between 60-70km/hr. All part of being Canadian LOL Merry Christmas to you and your family and friends. Much 💖 from 🇨🇦

Personally I'm team yarrow, although she peed on the couch she's still a puppy after all, accidents are bound to happen. Also, I think yarrow would get along with moon more cuz she's more adventurous and goofy (like a comment mentioned) but at the same time she also doesn't mind getting cuddles, it also seems like she likes you tbh. Plus she fits your vibe more and she reminds me of monty so much- For the compatibility test I suggest letting the two spend more time with both the boys and as well Sakura to see who gets along better with them, after all you should also see who gets along well with your other pets cuz that'll make things easier for you cuz you don't need to force them to get along.

I'm a psychic and I don't know if I should tell you about the vision I recieved because I don't want you to worry, but I want you to be prepared. So I'll just say this: You need to keep both eyes on Moon at all times and I would recommend getting him a trainer to work on his jealousy and aggression. Too often I don't say anything and then bad things happen and I am left with so much regret and guilt and pain. So I had to say something, even if I don't share everything. It's because I care.

Wolf and Moon did so well with the puppies considering the limited interactions they’ve had with them. Most big dogs set boundaries with dogs shorter than them (puppy or adult) because the smaller dog can bite at their neck and belly in a fight. I agree with the other comments saying to not force interactions with them. It sucks that we as humans want them to immediately play but in reality it’s a new dog in Wolf and Moon’s safe space so they have to show the puppy who’s in charge.

I was just going to comment that I love how much Moon always loves to be around every litter of puppies, and then the growling started! 😮 He worships his dad so much, probably just feeling a bit territorial in the house and needing extra reassurance 💚 I don't know how you could ever choose between Winter and Yarrow! Joey in case you forgot. When a puppy sniffes around it sometimes normally means they are looking for a place to go pee pee or poo poo. That's why you should take the puppy outside of to the potty pad to go potty.

@courtney3661 They share all of the dogs between the two of them. Wolf sometimes lives with Daniel and sometimes lives with Joey! Same with Storm and Monty (although they normally stay with Daniel). The only one who isn't shared as much is Moon who primarily stays with Joey and Lark who now stays with Maria (Daniel's mom). Even if Daniel does take Wolf primarily, he's still also Joey's dog. He may just be staying with Daniel while Monty's puppies are getting bigger because it might be a bit much for him (and Joey looking after so many puppies!).

Peeing is also a way a puppy will submit to a older dog or nervous.. it's a appeasing behaviour. So best to introduce somewhere were their allowed to pee or make sure they pee first

the only thing to keep in mind about goldies is they hump everything and they're actually the most aggressive dog and are the top dog for bites, which also has to do with the reputation as family dogs people think they can tolerate more stress around children and such.

Hi Joey, let’s face facts, I think your Huskies just think ' too highly of themselves and not much of that beautiful girl, ( either of them actually. I was thrilled that the boys really listened to you and didn’t attack her or whatever I was really concerned about moon. -😂 I kind of knew what to expect about Wolfie’s reaction but I’m kind of surprised about Moon’s reaction. I thought because he was a much younger dog that he would probably tolerate the puppy better but, apparently not. Another thing I want to say about Moon. I of course voted on you choosing Moon. I thought that he was the prettiest of the litter but I really want to say seeing his face really upfront close and completely he has got the most gorgeous markings on his face and the coloration it’s like somebody just came in and dolled him up in the cosmetics department or some thing. His coloring is just gorgeous. Now, as for which young lady you are going to bring into your home and live on a daily basis, with you, I know it’s a huge dilemma for you, you’ve got so many absolutely gorgeous, beautiful puppies to choose from. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them. I personally am very particular to having a female. Course I would have her spayed at 6 months As I’m older & disabled and as much as I thoroughly enjoy watching the bitch give birth watching those beautiful babies growing and getting their site in their hearing and every day is a new exciting experiment for them and so forth I guess what I really wanted to say is I love Yarrow possibly the most but I like you like winter as well. If I’m not mistaken wWinteris the one that likes to be a little bit more Yakety and not as affectionate as Yarrow. People may disagree with me heavily but I’ve been around dogs since I was brought home from the hospital near 70 years ago and I can promise you that if the dog that you keep has a persistent issue that you are not particularly fond of weather be in the partying department, the barking, the chewing whatever the issue the dogs can be trained when and where that is OK behavior let them go to the beach and run around on the i bark all they want or whatever but when they get back to your home they must act.😅

we've got a grumbly talker as well, plus, well, husky, they are all very talkative.. also do dog fostering (have done so for just over 10 years now..) not seeing any actual aggressive signs, just grumbly jealousy which is pretty typical, older dogs often just do NOT want to deal with all the energy that is a small puppy... :)
