when i first listened to this song, i was actually very envious to the producer, like how he can produce such song with a lot of switch up but still easy to listen? the song still sounds so smooth all throughout but actually there's a lot going on beneath. one thing that's weird is when i watch this reaction there's actually a lot of sounds i just ignored and was appreciated just now. the "hey" in the verses is actually so so good it's subtly impactful.

The producer is Black Eyed PIlseung. It's a duo from Korea. Their production is usually super complex with a lot of change-ups. They also did Ooh-Ahh, Cheer Up, Likey, and Fancy. So thank them for some of the littest production ever in Kpop

So true, as a classical music student I also really enjoy the harmonics used in kpop because they experiment way more with different chord progressions, jazzy chords, 4th and 6th chords, and a lot of major chords turning into minor chords. They also experiment a lot rythmically and as a percussionist that is something I really enjoy.

Thank you for reacting to Twice! Another girl group with a lot of interesting sounds that I think you should react to are Loona! They just debuted last month but they have had a pre debut project going on for about 2 years before the actual debut! They introduced each member with a solo and they are all very different. You could either react to their debut song Hi High or their lead single "favOriTe" or to one of their solos. My favorite solos include "New" by Yves, "Love Cherry Motion" by Choerry and "Heart Attack" by Chuu! I would very much appreciate if you had the time to check them out, they're definitely worth a listen. Waiting for future reactions!
