He always wants to be in control in every situation, or at least to have the illusion of control (which we see later) Plus he has a severe lack of empathy or care for those around him, unless its for his own proposes. He doesn't even care about or acknowledges his enemies, even if they are currently edging in on him. Only taking offence when they physically wrong him directly. To which he does go Full Jason Psycho on them, leaving nothing back. Otherwise life is but a game to him.

I get it! That line is bars! 🔥 Medium - form of media also way a steak is cooked. Alastors features are part deer. Hence the dead deer in the microwave

@@wolf-zinstinct3655 well thst's how you make steak.. medium is one way to go and rare is the other way.. some argue that medium rare is the best way or idk.. and rare is just.. not it (but it is just the thing for Alastor). Deer head is easy - Alastor has deer features and again - a thing for him! He's a cannibal. Medium is another word for media you can use (TV, radio,..) .. so.. yeah.. kinda says that Al can't really cook the meat for others (entertain sinners with the same old stuff he uses but the song points out that his pattern works and there is no need to change it - "everyday he's got a new format") but dude really is cooking... Vox just can't appreciate it enough

I totally agree that the best part of this show is that this show has its roots in Broadway. The voice actors singing in their character's voice is incredible (FYI the person who acts/sings for Adam is the same person who acts/sings for Sir Pentious, Alex Brightman). Another aspect that this show does that many animations fail to do is that there is a lot of detail given to the background characters of every scene. Just like in Broadway the characters who are in frame but not talking are reacting to what is being said in character. It gives them more personality and actually contributes to the plot. Most other animations don't take the effort to add in those details.

bro calling one of the most complex characters a whore and saying he hates him is killing me. angel dust is the best representation of a sexual abuse survivor I've ever seen. he owns his sexuality but is also forced to be sexually when he DOESNT WANT TO. which is a tricky concept for a lot of people who have never been assaulted to grasp. why would you wanna be sexual after being attacked? well think this way instead, why would you let your abuser take away your power or joy in sex? letting them take away your ability to feel sexy at all is just them winning again. lots of survivors become hyper sexual after assault or abuse because they're brain is trying to take control back. take back the confidence and the power they took from you
