Elegant symphony, thank you Pau NG. Now I found that 3 years ago you posted Gansbacher Missa Solemmis (1806) as a post, now I'm listening to it .... "established his reputation as a composer" - yes, contemporaries have evaluated it well.

...in a KZbin-Run that is as customized as mine is, I just asked myself if this clip with respect to the key change in the beginning be a < Wink > of my beloved Doro, she being so fond of the Wiener Klassik and with a great knowledge on composers from the second line, more often than not dropping out a name of'em... ...and me being so fond of eventually having soft-lock with her without the necessity ever again to leave her close proximity! It reminds me of another Austrian composer at the time of Beethoven: his name is Anton Eberl. He was a piano virtuose and has also composed som piano concertos. This symphony by Hausbächer is great.

I do like it quite a lot but the inception that is the musical prooemium is certainly and for sure not composed using D-major, but d-minor... ...me thinks D-major kicks in at around 2:40, but I like it, it is quite Wiener Klassik-bound in that the arrangements do avoid to go for the changes the peroid of the Romantik brought in with Chopin and Schumann and Mendelssohn...
