I joined like 4 weeks ago when just searched (Ode to joy on noteblocks). The only one that was actually what I was looking for is your video, and thats how I started watching your channel. :) I really like it so far!

Happy Anniversary, man! Just wanted to list some things I love about your channel: 1. Note blocks! They are amazing and definitely an underrepresented part of Minecraft. This is probably because they are so hard and frustrating that people, especially big-time KZbinrs, don't want to take the time to get good with them. 2. Classical music! I'm a huge classical buff so this just makes me so happy. Combining classical music with note blocks is not something many people do, and most of them don't put much effort into it, but you go above and beyond in staying true to the original. 3. Unabridged! Most other classical music note block videos do abridged versions of songs. This gets more views, is easier to do, and it's just the part everyone knows. I've rewritten this part of the comment like 5 times but basically not to disrespect them or anything but the full-length ones are so much better. You do the full versions of all of these (to my knowledge) and that is a huge part of the reason that I'm subscribed and love your content. 4. Timeliness. You upload way more frequently than I can believe. With the consistency and speed for which you upload one would think that you cut corners the ways I mentioned above, but you just don't. Everyone one of your videos is amazing and yet you upload them so frequently. I can't even process the amount of time and effort that must take. Well, I'm kind of gushing right now, so I'll stop here, but let me finish by saying that you are such an amazing channel. It's been an honor and a privilege to watch you grow over this last year, even if I haven't been here for all of it, and I can't wait to see you grow even more. Keep it up, don't change, and may your channel get the respect, recognition, and subscribers it deserves! P.S. I know everyone comments on these saying what they want you to do next. No pressure but if you're looking for suggestions, Humoresque No. 7 by Dvorak is one of my favorites that hasn't been done yet. Thanks again!

What do the pistons do, and could we get a tutorial on how to use them? I’m assuming they allow you to access an eighth of a note, but i’m not sure.
@classicalnoteblockmc4 жыл бұрын
Pistons work like 1.5 tick redstone repeater. More information is here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4a7e6F8hpmgjrs

I am trying to add some note block songs and tunes to a server I play on. If you use noteblock studio, what is the best way to adjust tempo of midi files (if that’s the way you do it) and bring it into minecraft? And what is the purpose of the sticky pistons pushing redstone blocks I see in many of your builds
@classicalnoteblockmc3 жыл бұрын
Answering the first question, I don't know. Maybe stretching all notes is the best way for it. I usually use speed hack. And the second, pistons work as one and half a tick repeater(Java Edition only).

Oh, welp, if it wasn't that I was sleeping, I would watch it immediately. AAAAAANNNNNDDDDD It was freezing last night because Chicago had a huge snowstorm and freezing rain, now there like 3-4 inches of snow and a layer of ice after the rain ssososooooooooo..... I feel bad for drivers in my area. But its the first time we had snow since October so that something to be happy about.
