After all these years people still don’t realise we don’t see everything. Barbaric yes of course it is! This is the best way. Would you all be doing this if there was a better way?

You need to buy 55 gallons of peroxide and some small basins that just fit a foot. Soak everyone in a 1 to 3% solution for 30 minutes or more. hands, elbows - put it into a GOOD sprayer and repeatedly spray. Put hands in a thin cotton glove and soak it in peroxide. Use socks as bandages on feet.

As it stated, you just see the basic manual removal. They travel to very remote locations to help the suffering. Water is often scarce and not available on site. Manually carrying gallons of liquid of any kind to do this is often not practical. H2O2 is frequently not best, as it irritates the tissues. ✌️
