Trance is a very diverse genre of electronic dance music........its not the same scene since the 90s just like techno when it first started.

This isn't evolution this is standard, its 'so called' pioneers like Armin Van Bureen that have made a mockery of trance, John has been around for over a decade, sounded the same back then, one piece of advice I would give to new listeners of trance, who really want to hear good trance, DO NOT, listen to trance DJ's with the largest followings, they have sold out, listen to DJ's like john who never sold out and stuck to their craft, or up and coming DJ's , the bigger the following, the worse the trance
