One of the four reasons that Led Zeppelin was the greatest band in the world!

Yep, Bonham used to cut his hands playing this song. He was the GOAT!!!!

That's why John "bonzo" Bonham was the best drummer in the world, sadly he's no longer with us,pure groove and rythm.

So happy that today's youth are finding and experienceing the music from the Days of My Youth!!! Cadence, I hope you will take the time to find a nice large speaker stereo system with subwoofers and then take the time to just sit back and experience the sound fill the room and feel the kickdrum, I was fortunate enough to see Led Zeppelin in Concert back in '77.

He died so young 32...I still and honestly weep for him when I hear him play.

I love this solo, I’ve watched so many times, I don’t care what anyone says Bonham is the greatest ever.

A masterclass in drumming from the greatest drummer of all time. If you want to start with Led Zeppelin you need to go back to the beginning and react to Good Times, Bad Times.. Track 1 from Album 1...

Im always amazed at him,he seems to be as strong as a bull elephant.Sadly he was knocked down way to early in life.❤

Greatest drummer and drum solo ever!

Yes, sometimes the drum rims would cut his fingers when he played by hand and, later in their touring career, this solo could occasionally reach 20-30 minutes of non-stop drumming.

Looking through your vids. I have a suggestion I think you’ll like. Metallica’s “Enter Sandman,” Moscow concert 1991….1.5 million people or something like that.

yes, bonham is the best rock drummer ever, but not because of this track. check out in my time of dyting or achilles last stand, theres SO MUCH to bonham, he could do anything

Try "Stairway to Heaven" live at Madison Square Garden 1973. You'll see an incredible Jimmy Page guitar solo.

Cadence, you need to watch the Led Zeppelin movie “The Song Remains The Same”. Yes, it’s a full movie (a little over 2 hours) of Led Zeppelin in concert at Madison Square Garden in July of 1973, as well as the band offstage and at home in England. The version of “Moby Dick” in that is much better, and shows John Bonham drag racing. You can buy the DVD or Blu-Ray of the movie easily online, and it’s filled with extras that weren’t in the original movie. A great song to react to would be “Stairway To Heaven live at MSG 1973” from the movie “The Song Remains The Same”. Jimmy Pages’ guitar solo will destroy you.

See also Joe Morello for great drum solo. Looks like a nerd but a great musician.
