Don't be ignorant, his foul was on the same level with cheating especially since John was the bigger guy physically. If Ion was already 5% better than naturally by default, as soon as John lifted his elbow, it unfairly gained him advantage that nulled Ion's edge. Ion must've been aware of this that's why he celebrated, he knew he was the better and smaller guy. Don't tell me that if you whoop a bigger guy's ass you don't feel any extra ego gratification.

costinvaly1 of course I would feel great if I beat a bigger guy, but if it was from fouls it would not even feel close to as good as actually winning. And actually, John didn’t lift his own elbow. Did you see what Ion did? He lifted johns elbow off the pad for a split second when he was adjusting his hook. I am 100% positive that John didn’t want that to happen. “Ion must have been aware of this that’s why he celebrated he knew he is the better and smaller guy”. “Must have” wow you can read minds? He celebrated because he got off with an easy foul win. I’m not saying he had no possibility of winning, but it would have been damn harder than just winning by fouls.

@@djdojo1440did you see Ion's challenges he took in his country, going against 500 or 1000 guys (huge, big, and small) in one day? The dude is a freak not just an ordinary competitor. Also how can you accuse Ion on "he lifted John's elbow"? do you even listen to yourself how stupid that sounds. You're assuming that "Ion had God like power to override John's by lifting his elbow deliberately". Don't you realize that John was already engaged full throttle and it's HIS responsability to keep his elbow down at all times, not his opponent's, that's why it was his foul (cheat related). Can't you see how logic-less you sound like? Watch them hug, Ion is smaller than his opponent, he also recovered from an awkward position in which John was almost about to win,. That hook adjustment turn in itself was supper impressive keeping in mind that John had his hand close to the pad for quite some time. You readjust your hook after some time pinned close to the pad and go up from there then come back and tell me how it went. You have no idea how hard that is. By the moment he readjusted from such close almost-loss was like a win in itself. I don't need to read anyone's minds, it's as simple as common sense. You'd also celebrate in his shoes i promise you, even though you say you wouldn't.

Of course it’s hard, I can see how difficult it is, but it’s not like I’m not capable of doing the same thing. And of course John was straining a ton. It’s very clear. So was Ion. Oh and excuse me when I said he lifted his elbow off the pad, it was more like a nudge, and they still called it. His elbow barely moved! Yes, it’s Johns responsibility to keep his elbow on the pad, but when your opponent makes certain adjustments very quickly, it’s enough to move your own elbow, and you might not even be ready for it. I never claimed that Ion has God like strength, because he really doesn’t. Johns left is nothing compared to his right, and Ion was struggling like crazy. And again, he never legitimately beat John. If the match were to have continued, the outcome most definitely would have changed. I’m not saying Ion wouldn’t win, because he had a really good chance of winning, it could have gone either way, but the match ended in fouls. So it’s not a legitimate win, just a win by the rules. I’ve come back from losing positions multiple times. Some super difficult ones including the kings move. So yeah, I’ve had experience with those sorts of things. Logic-less you say. I think you’re the one who’s not grasping what happened.

costinvaly1 also I’ve been in a position where the guy I was going against elbow fouled twice, and I technically won the match. He was a pretty good competitor from my area ranked higher than me. It didn’t feel good winning against him that way. Not one bit. And if it were I in the same position as Ion, I really wouldn’t feel like I won. So you can’t say that I would celebrate too, because you’re dead wrong.
