Thing is Oscar is always going to be Oscar, if we can get Cason Wallace and Chris Livingston to be more aggressive attacking the basket this team could win a championship for real. Both those freshman have POTY potential, their ceiling is high if they work hard and stay focused. Love the way they are having fun and playing freely.

absolutely they are the x factors. I think Oscar and Toppin are playing top notch and have been. Chris had been playing good D and Rebounding great and Wallace a good job distributing and setting up the offensive sets and playing D as well. But they need to get more baskets and we will be a great team and have a real shot when they all put up good balanced scoring. Also obviously Reeves is a good scorer, and an improved defender, still few things to work on there, but he has come a long way as well. If Frederick can get healthy and his flexibility back and back to hitting big shots that would be fantastic. Collins has also looked good imo, in the little bit of playing time he has had.

I knew it. We played good defense. Turn overs hurt us in 1st half. But we out rebounded them by 19 and only 5 turnovers in 2nd half, played really good defense most of game and still lose? Shows you how bad we shot!!. You have to make shots and this team couldn't on about half the games they played this year. This is not on Coach cal. If you can't score your not going to win period.

@@captainmarvel9610 yeah we controlled most of the game, and something that this team has struggled with all year is letting the other team stay too close. They let K state hang around too much and with 1:40 left in the game They hit two 3s. Same exact thing happened vs Kansas. KY would look like their going to win, by controlling the game and then late in clutch time the other team hits the shots. Sucks, but it is what it is. We will be back next year and maybe get back to being real KY basketball. We will be too stacked to not be better next season.

I'm not a huge coach Cal fan. But this game and most games has nothing to do with him. He can't go make shots for them. This team simply couldn't make shots in 50% of the games they played. When we did have a great shooting night we won big. But that wasn't many games
