John Cincola, Pickleball Drill: Fast Hands Volley for Titan ONE Pickleball Machine

US Pickleball Champion John Cincola has developed a series of custom drills exclusively for Titan using his Titan ONE Pickleball machine.
This is John Cincola's fast hands volley pickleball drill - alternating shots to the forehand and backhand side.
The set up...
Titan Position - One foot in front of the baseline, either on the forehand or backhand side.
Player position - Center of the court just behind the kitchen line.
You can watch John Cincola train using his fast hands volley custom drill, download the drill using the Titan Drills app and then play it on your Titan ONE or Titan ACE pickleball machine.

Thanks John. Nice concept. I have a Titan also and have created this drill too. The thing that is lacking is feed rate speed. It simply is not fast enough to simulate a fast hands battle at the Non Volley Zone. I set my Titan at the Non Volley Zone not the base line so there is only 14 feet between me and the machine to simulate a real hands battle that is normal in a game. At the maximum feed rate I find myself waiting on balls after a hit. It simply not fast enough to simulate a real hands battle. Not trying to be over critical. I like my Titan but it is lacking in areas and the feed rate needs an update. Hopefully the next version of the app with address this.

I believe this is a technical limitation of the hardware. The machine can not instantaneously change directions, speeds, the feed rate, etc. My guess is to achieve what you are looking for, we'd be dealing with a much more expensive machine.

The QR code doesn't stay on long enough and completely (fades at the bottom of the screen)

I noticed that the speed is set at 5. Is lower faster?

The lower the number the lower the speed. 5 is fast enough for this drill. You can try faster shots for fast hand volley drills

This puts every shot halfway up the net with my Titan. Nowhere near where it does in the video. Can our Titans be that far off in calibration from each other? If so, it kind of makes the sharing feature unhelpful.
