Unsung hero is Riley Patterson man... they won by 12... he kicked and made 4 FGs. We have a kicker in Detroit that shouldn't scare anyone when he lines up to kick it. He's consistent. Even if he misses some, I think Riley is our guy and deserves his flowers right now.

Cam Sutton does not get enough praise. Through these first 8 games he has been solid. That tackle on that screen pass shows how he has not been afraid all year to come up field and make a tackle. Love his energy and effort every week. Another Brad Holmes gem of a signing.

everybody who's a) been an NFL fan since forever and b) is not not a division rival of the Lions, has to be happy for this teams success this year and last. They remind me of the 1999 and 2017 Rams. Every Thanksgiving I can remember, the Lions played and even if they were 2-8 they always made it interesting and also Barry Sanders. So all that time, the team was stacking goodwill chips among fans for when they finally turned things around.

Gotta love it. Brad Holmes & Dan Campbell, above everything, know the type of character that needs to be on this team. Do you notice how all of our guys are genuinely happy for each other’s success? They play as a team like the game should be played. We are not focused on individual performances. Every single player on our roster are outstanding citizens. That’s why they were so careful with the trade deadline. Had to be a fit.. The city of Detroit is a humble place. We work for everything we have here. This team has taken on the identity of the city and are on an absolute tear. I’m so so so happy with not just how our team has played through the first 8 this season, but the type of players we have chose to represent our city. It’s the type of management you can see having prolonged success. We’re not just coming for it all this year. We will be as long as Brad & Dan are in charge. The culture is changing.
