Tractor is superb, brings back great memories of a 4440 I drove in the 80's down at Sherborne pulling a 4 furrow Howard Paraplow !! Those were the days.

My favourite ever tractor, the first machine I ever had a ride in at the age of 5! Is it still working in the UK? I'd dearly love to come and take some photos and hear that engine growl again...

Avec le 4630 c un des premiers ke g conduit avec mon oncle ya bientôt 30 ans. Et çe souvenir du 46 jumelé arrière avec combiné rotative rabewerk semoir nodet plus le tasse avant!!! J avais a peine 10 ans je m en souviens encore de ce monstre

Which is better John Deere 4240s or Ford TW 30?

ddimitris1991 well I think I like the JD better it has better gearbox. Just seems a bit more refined overall. I do prefer the q cab on the Ford though more leg room and a better seat.

beeqool all the older John Deere's do. The left handle window is also the door. Search John Deere sg2 cab on google you will see
