Today we take delivery of a demo 6155r John Deere on demo, find flipped car, try to save a stuck bt van and bedding the coos
My name is Crawford and I’m a farmer.
Being a farmer is more than a job; it’s a way of life. The good days can involve bringing new life onto the farm or sunny days outdoors whilst on others it's dealing with machinery breakdowns and on the worst days, sometimes animal deaths.
Farming can be isolating at times - away from the busy streets and city life - so this platform brings you closer to the inner workings showing the highs and lows and everything in between.
I hope to bring some context to how the food ends up on your plate, from your Sunday roasts to morning porridge and even the tulips on your kitchen table. Hopefully a bit of agricultural education along the way.

14 reg Deere with 6k hours has cost more in parts than 08 reg NH with 16k hours for us! The Deere is nice to drive though...

You see a lot of 6155R'S out and about so must be a popular toy. Out on the MTB seen a 6219R with some plough on the back good job he had a front weight on. Who is the farm were you work your family or you just employed ?? Nice one again

Tractors are beyond me now they're so complicated drove a fendt once for a day amazing machine 👍 the stock looking well agree you need to spend time with them bedding etc does keep them more settled have fun with the Deere

We run a 6155r, great tractor. So simple to use, everything is well thought out and the GPS integration is fantastic. You should get most of the higher initial price back in resale.

You could really do with a test of a 6175r. They're on R42s and more power. (Probably can spec the 155 on 42s to be fair) The £££s are scary though

I have drove New Holland, John Deere and Fendt. I am a Blue, but green Deere is a good tractor too. The Fendt is a different class above once you get used to it. Should definitely get a demo of Fendt!!

Yes all spring crops now, get ahead while we can, get nice loose soil come spring after some heat cycling of the ploughed soil
