I have a lot of experience with that rake. The knuckle bushings are stocked by John Deere. Word of advice replace the center arm with a chain link and use your lower arms to control height. What happens is that if you go through a dip it will break that frame in the center.

It is a nice, simple design. Not sure why they didn't move those rear wheels back so they could spin 360 degrees. Is that a John Deere tractor I spy in the background?

Yours is in a lot better shape than mine was. You’re definitely right about the casters breaking. Mine bad been broke and fixed before I got it. I think the bearings on the end of the bars are bushings if I remember right, mine were really bad due to lack of grease. Yours is definitely in better shape than mine. They do a good job.

All the bearings are brass bushings... Deere does have em but you can just size em and buy generic bushings... That rake is one piece of equipment I never have any trouble out of at hay time...

You might consider slowing down your ground speed.
