The cork seals can be replaced with thicker cork for cork boards from an art supply store...

Was having trouble with my nut coming loose on the back side and that is what I did is put Loctite on it

Who needs a gym... took me only 2 hrs... friggin spring was jumping out in those critical first 2 loops... finally figured it out holding it with a screwdriver.
