John had his troubles we all do but in his heart he was one with nature, it gave him the serenity he needed!!!!

So blessed that I grew up listening to this man on the radio. I don’t think I understood how much his music and lyrics touched my heart and helped calm a troubled a mind.

I was in the Hoosierdome for this event. Guns n' Roses came on and cranked up the crowd so much that when Lyle Lovett followed with just himself and a cellist, they were still pretty rambunctious. But then, John came on, all alone, and quickly had the crowd singing along and eating out of his hand. Great work!

Our youngest son moved to Durango, Colorado some 20 years ago. After a few years we visited him. since then we've visited several other places in Colorado. It is such a magical, neat place! We knew why he moved up there the first time we saw saw the mountains, streams and crystal sky. John Denver captured the essence of Colorado and the Rocky Mountains. Such a talented man and so sad he is gone way too soon!

If God has a nature it is nature the invisible hand that guides all Creation. People forget who they are and where they came from and who breathed life into their nostrils in the beginning. They tend to get so caught up in their own doubt and insecurity they cant see the forest for the trees. The world we live in is made by men not our Creator and we are our own worst enemy.....
