Wow, when I was in Mooresville I never knew that place was there. I don't drink coffee. I wish I would have known that when he was still alive. Thank you for sharing your experience. It's a small world. God bless you. I hope you have many more happy years of life. John, if you read this message, would you consider donating a copy of your books to the Penn state university library so others in Pennsylvania can read your stories. The state library system loans those books to any library in the state that asked to borrow it. I tried to get my cousin Bill to share his story with me before he died but he said it was better left buried in the past and he didn't want to think about it and if l wanted to know more about it to read a book because lots of guys were writing books. Bill ( Shorty) was a Sargent and a LRRP, 101 in 69, and was RIF to Germany or Ft Mead during the protest. Said he was in the first Reforger but would not tell me his company or unit. His kids don't care about it and probably threw all of his stuff away or sold it. Not that he kept much because when he came home he just wanted to forget.
