One of the best interviews in the entire repertoire. Richard gets well and truly owned.

The first time I saw John Kearns at the Union Chapel with the teeth and wig and nobody had a clue what was going on, but the balls on him to just keep going... we were all helpless and in pain with laughing by the end. And still he went on. Saw him again in Nottingham with Kitson and Key on the bill. Fantastic again. Loved Top Coppers too. I flipping love him. Really nice bloke, and hilarious.

I like meeting new people, I like that Richard brings them to me, I live a very sheltered life, here at a Mile High in an inner ring suburb in a mid-century modern cottage, staring blankly at my screen until a new face and happy opening credit music begins...

I was there for this one, and I remember the moments before this episode started, a bit of gold which makes the intro even better. If you haven't seen this live yet and are thinking about doing so - do it. So worth it. Plus I was able to get some emergency question books afterwards, which was fantastic as I was thinking about getting them from Amazon, but getting them directly from the man himself was so much better.

I wasn't familiar with John as a standup(just from last time on here), purposely kept this one waiting. He was recommended by a few folk, so i saw him live last week and his audience interaction stuff was brilliant, my favourite parts of the show. I imagine he would be an amazing compare too. I want to see him in character talk to Troy Hawke...in fact Troy could also be a great Fringe RLSTP guest! ;-)

Please humour me and advise me who RDJ is? Maybe someone obvious but I can’t think who you mean? My first thought was Ronnie James Dio but the initials aren’t quite in the right order. And he was a rock singer, not a comedian. And he’s dead.
