I don’t think. Bish or Kerry are bad people, I think most of our presidents (until right now arguably) want to help people in their own way, Ive never understood the anger people have for competing political groups, when I was a kid I remember the Bush Gore election and hearing people talk about either as I’d they were evil and wanted to destroy this country... and it’s only gotten worse sadly.

Here he is, exercising his right to free speech and sharing a perspective that contrasts with the elite decision-makers in US foreign policy. Now, he seems intent on silencing dissenting views under the guise of combating misinformation. I have a few choice words for individuals like him, but let’s just call him a slippery character for now.

See Kerry was right about the war but he is an opportunist nonetheless-He lied about what he saw there in terms of specific massacres-And he did so for political gain. This was common, the generation before him and the world of that time expected sincerity, and people were more apt to offer it. Which allowed those who did not, to take advantage of the gullibility of others. Government had been playing that game forever. But in the sixties average people who were wise to that employed their cynicism to their own advantage-One could lie, with an air of sincerity and be believed. Nowadays no one believes anything
