Really nice thing to say, but I watched John’s first interview with Conan on KZbin multiple times after He suggested it in this interview and I didn’t actually hear Conan say he was “proud” of him at any point of their interview. He said he was “happy” for him towards the end, but never said “proud” specifically. John may have still been a little blacked out at the time and heard what he wanted to hear… nice story though even with the hyperbole
