Hey! I'm in Palmas house hunting. I searched KZbin last night for things to do, and this video popped up. I got up this morning and went out on the patio and I think I see your house. I hope we can hook up sometime and chat. I started a blog in Jan and then got sidetracked but I'm about to get this thing going again. I'm living in St. Thomas so it's easy for me to come back and forth. The house I'm about to buy here should be the one that makes me FIRE. I am PUERTO RICAN but I live in NYC. My place of birth and home. Half of my entire family, and we are a big family. Nine brothers and sisters, are all living in PUERTO RICO. I go visit every year and every year it's more and more beautiful. I am planning on purchasing a home out there and making a move. But after Maria, well if you don’t need to leave the compound gates your doing just fine.As soon as you leave the gate. Welcome to Puerto Rico. Reality sets in. No real answer, it depends entirely on the area. This community, Palmas del Mar is one of the most expensive ones. I used to live in a gated community where I owned a 4Bedroom 4 bathroom house. We had tennis courts, basketball courts and a community pool. The cost was about 200k. To compare, you'd be hard-pressed to even find a small apartment for such a cost at Palmas Del Mar.
