Not a very emotional person but this hits home for me, it reminds me of my daughter. The mother to my 2 yr old daughter wanted to get an abortion when she found out she was pregnant, I wanted us to raise her together but she didn’t want to because we were only 17. She told me she would give birth, give her to me, and I was gonna be on my own. I was hesitant about my decision, it was hard but I’m glad I went through with it. This song is just so relatable to how I feel about my daughter, when she moves, I move. When she’s hurt, I bleed. It’s just a special song that she’ll probably grow up to me singing this to her constantly ahahah. John Legend is the guy!‼️

Mate lemme say I understand why she wanted an abortion but if she was gonna give birth then she would've had a duty to at the very least have a relationship with the daughter. That's my opinion. However, I don't know the full story so all I will say is that I pray you're daughter grows to be a beautiful woman who is as strong as you are. Many people I know wouldn't have wanted to be in the situation you were in and certainly wouldn't have chosen the path you took. So, well done and I wish the best for you and your daughter.
