Its too bad this dude has so much trouble making weight because lineker is a entertaining fighter with his pressure and devastating hooks to the body. His fights in ONE are even better i think but always misses weight and they even have different rules to make it less dangerous.

It's called measured breathing lol if your fighter gets panicked and starts heaving he's gonna gas himself out just by breathing to hard and he's gonna throw off his entire gameplan and breathing slowly and controlled gives you something to focus on with all the adrenaline and thoughts running through your head
