I miss the halftime & post game highlights from around the league showing the game winning score. I cud imagine how great madden wud be in the future & how it’d be so much like a game day presentation. Except today we have MUT & every realism feature taken outta franchise mode. Gotta go back to ESPN 2k5 or Madden 2004 to get that realism. Madden today is not what my 10 year old self wanted. I mean nba 2k has 4 sets of announcers & 2 different sideline reporters. Madden has a radio broadcast/local televised broadcast duo commentating their games & half assed rundown of the scores at halftime.

Madden 93 was when Barry Sanders was unstoppable. Just like NHL 93 Jeremy Roenick was unstoppable. I lovecthe Sega Genesis

I remember this Madden game there was the occasional injury of a player. It was very rare but when it happened an ambulance would come out onto the field and the guy would be carted off. Best teams in this game were the Buffalo Bills and the Dallas Cowboys obviously. Detroit Lions were awesome because of Barry Sanders and the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers we're pretty awesome too.

The champion Washington Re-skins were tough. You could pretty much run with all three sets (Normal, Big, Fast) because they had Byner, Riggs, and Ervins and all had solid attributes.

I reached 100 points only one time in this game. Used the Steelers, and played the Bengals. Think about it, you have to average 25 points per quarter. Not easy. Luck, luck, and more luck. A couple of 6 picks help as well. Edit: 5 minute quarters also, not ten, or fifteen minutes.
