Mayer is a funny person and if ur funny person in general and u know ur entire audience is ppl who love u it’s pretty easy to just be comfortable and riff.. he can treat it like a convo with friends cracking jokes.... I do stand up and when your comfortable u can be ur natural funny self and this is an easy environment for him to just mess around on stage. If he went to a real comedy club it’d be a lot less smooth cuz his jokes were ok but Ppl laughed cuz it’s his fans and yes he had a good stage presence but he’s a damn rock star I’d hope so.... this isn’t a difficult thing for him of that impressive or even surprising

we share the same comedic downfall, i did stand-up comedy at an open mic and it went down quite well, but when I watched it back, I pretty much ranted about porn, masturbation and other sexual related things. Also, my first porn was actually a few torn up pages from a magazine, dumped on the ground in the woods and it was all waterlogged and faded.
