Still blows my mind that JM spends the time & has the patience to teach his craft, I hope he realises how much this means to so many

He’s fantastic, his love for the music seems so beyond the money (people would pay to not hear me play so I feel qualified to say that!)- but I totally agree with your comment, we learn so much as he’s willing to share his craft simply to share the joy it brings. I can only really think of Brian May as another virtuoso who’s willing to give their time & insight just ‘for the love of the game) & who seems uplifted just by bringing others along with him (although if there are others who I’m not aware of please let me know so I can check them out!!)

As a guitarist somewhere in the intermediate category I watch John with my jaw on the floor ! But just keep playing and enjoying the craft..... Thanks for all you share JM

Check out Chris Buck, he’s also a pick magician and great guitar talent, little odd right hand technique, but I would die for that ‘oddness’.
