Agreed- I just felt sad for her. What a hurtful story for him to share. And she had to laugh it off. We all need attention- it’s a very natural, human need, and we need it most from our caregivers when we’re young! Men have been shamed into suppressing their emotional needs in our culture and he in turn tried to suppress hers since she was “playing with the guys” just sad.
