@15:10 John says that the thunb prints on the sides would/will authenticate a painting. I saw a video online ( a few years ago) about a Pollock in California that has his finger/thumbprint on the back and the experts said that it wasn't a genuine Pollock...

I would say: he is more SKILLED than the painters he copies (because he can do them all), but not necessarily more CREATIVE (because he is, as he says, he is standing on their backs--they developed the style, he is just copying it).
