Low cost of living and very experimental economy. Lots of tech and lots of opportunity to test things out in public. It’s also just south of the states.

Look Patrick could irrational judging by his history, he is irrational. while i am leaving my house with a fully developed plan in my mind, for such an instant that if i were to cross paths with him, how would i make my approach look like an incident, how would get him in a confrontation..... all the way to the locations where i could bury the leftovers... like i have this in my head right now, i cannot tell him what to expect, except ...death? dont say i didnt warn him..
