i LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE these books. i am in the process of trying to put together my own little collection. absolutely inspired me as a child - even a few years ago had to go looking for ANOTHER Alvin Schwartz book - it had the story about the Girl with the ribbon around her neck. that story still pops up in my head and i can see the cover of that book from when i was in elementary school! "IN A DARK DARK ROOM" omg....so so so worth it.
