That Bad Boys team was deep. Think about all the guys he named. They had 2 starting 5s that could beat most starting 5s. 2nd team was Vinny Johnson, Sal, Rodman, mark aguire, & James edwards. They were so deep. No fall off when 2nd team came in

Salley was more of a personality than a top player. He was a decent bench player....thats what he would have been on any team. Rodman also started games. Edwards started all 20 games their 2nd championship playoff run. Dantley, Lambeer, Vinnie, Mahorn, & Edwards were also all in their 30s already. They didnt have 10 really good players lol. They had some depth with 7 or 8 guys like most teams that win multiple rings do. That Aguirre trade combined with the Lakers & Celtics starting to fall off with did help push them over the top though.

The best small explosive guard to ever do it was Dwayne Wade. D. Wade is the best case scenario of that player archetype, and even he faced so many injuries. I think what made D. Wade last as long was his insane body control and high IQ. Ja should be watching tape on D. Wade religiously.
