Your videos surely will not be appreciated the way they should on here. That being said, this is some of the best content I've ever seen on KZbin Thanks pal

The painting at 0:12 was donated I believe by The Nolumbeka Project, an indigenous organization that actually bought some land behind the stop and shop greenfield, called (I’m butchering it, sorry) “Wissateniwak”

I grew up in Northampton. In elementary school, the 4th or 5th graders(can't remember, I'm 60 now) had to write a play about the Deerfield raid, which used to be referred to as the massacre. We would then perform the play for our parents. Deerfield was a big part of our history curriculum. My wedding reception was at the inn located in historic Deetfield.

I wish I could spend time with you, doing a history tour of your area of New England. Being from the Midwest, New England is still kind of a mystery, vaguely outlined from my eighth grade history and Yankee magazine.

Love your channel Josh. I'm really into history myself and grew up in Holbrook, MA. My family has been in Massachusetts since colonial times and I am a Mayflower descendant. Have you thought about doing a video on the Bridgewater Triangle? There's a lot of interesting history there.

Thank you for your videos. Learning new things. The museum where the door is displayed has some pretty cool items with connections to the raid. Worth a visit for those interested in that sort of thing.
