Brilliant John, you haven’t forgotten your routes. It’s a bit like the jump from Tyros 4 to 5 for me. There isn’t that much to get excited about, especially the drop in memory. Not knocking the G2, but I’ll wait for the G3

I would never use the Yamaha Genos speakers, the instrument sounds much, much better with good recording monitors. There is also the option of satellites with subwoofer. The speakers they sell optional since the introduction of Tyros let the keyboard sound a bit cheaper.

Why oh why dont you get a di box and catch that wonderfull sound of the Genos2 direct into tape. This sounda horrible and doesnt do justice to the Genos2
