Note, the literal translation of the hex codes doesn't include spaces and punctuation marks like (?, !), I decided to add them based on what makes sense and the emotion of the her voice.

Seems she might only be able to speak in ASCII though as that’s how IDM’s CEO found her. Edit: upon further inspection, her IBM 5100 has a small device with an X on it in the talent series. Looks like X made a device just for real time translation for her, which makes sense. Probably his better inventions.. with the drawback being his colleague bullies him occasionally 😭

How do you translate all this code?

ASCII Characters have their corresponding hex codes. If you know binary, it's the same as that but on base16 instead of base2. You can translate it manually but there are converters online. Easiest example of translation is probably "4869" 48 is the hex code for capital letter H. 69 is the hex code for small letter i. so 4869 translates to "Hi"
