Around 2016/2017 he was definitely in that conversation, especially since most of the top dudes outside of LeBron was in the west. Hell, go peep the All-NBA team that year. Outside of Bron, only east dudes to make it was Isiah Thomas, Giannis, and John Wall. Thomas was a flash in the pan and Giannis wasn't "Giannis" yet. Other All-Star dudes in the east at that time was Kyrie, Butler, Demar Derozan, Paul George, guys like that so Wall was definitely in that conversation.
